How do you find the price list/price cuts on Intel's site?

The link that you gave, Fun Guy, is not correct. Intel does not (to my knowledge) put information regarding the distribution prices of its CPUs or motherboards on its web site, because they do not want the end user knowing that information. They will disclose this information to direct customers, though it will also slip out in press releases. If you would like to know the prices of other Intel products, you can go here.

However, you probably won't find any information on CPUs or motherboards. (If you do, though, please post the link, because I would be very surprised otherwise).
