Yes, I believe it was called the eMarker. But I think Sony stopped making them.

what he said, just call them up you can either tell them the time it was on, or what song it was behind/before. they have playlists and can tell you right away, i do it all the time. well not really, ive done it a couple of times

Or you can guess and check lyrics with here, or on a lyrics site.

Also, some radio station webpages down here have lists of their songs (not in song-playing order, but it helps in finding new hits n sh*t.) WJRR down here in Orlando does it, and it helps immensely.
