EDIT:
I do take good care of it... I dont drive it too hard, I dont speed anymore, but I do accelerate at a pretty good rate.

Sometimes crazy, sometimes I baby my truck...

my truck

Problem with driving like I'm crazy is that with my truck it takes $20 to fill it up halfway... and well, gas mileage is really super bad, so I don't do too much poundin on her...

I think you're the norm, actually, in my experience. I use both feet since that's the way I learned from my Dad. Right foot for both gas and brake when in a manual, but that doesn't happen too often...

You drive wrong.

right foot is for gas/brake. Left foot is for clutch. If you don't have a clutch, left foot has no job.

Its hard to drive with one on the gas and one on the brake. I always drive a manual, and never learned that way so I am sure thats why. Anyways I always drive really really cautious, and hardly if at all go 5 over the speed limit. Why? Well, I had a accident and rolled a car totally trashing it, and in the process nearly killing myself. Insurance costs a fortune so I just dropped it and drive carefully without.

People who use both feet to drive an automatic are idiots. It would be difficult to hit the correct pedal in an emergency. They had us do that with simulators in Driver's Ed. The results weren't pretty.

Not to mention it would just be weird.

I drive like it's stolen as my 6 points will readily attest to. My 2.2L Camry makes it rather tough but my G/F's 1.8T Jetta gives it up like a champ.

I am the type of driver who frequently enjoys giving other drivers on the road the opportunity to practice/utilize critical rapid-reaction maneuvering skills.
I also actively aid pedestrians reach their peak physical performance on the road of life..

Isn't that illegal?

Anyway, I drive a little over the speed limit usually... with a fast car, you run out of road really fast at WOT.

not to mention illegal, and just not smart at all.. accidents are call accidents becuase you dont plan on them.. no matter how hard you try to avoid them. maybe you should trade in your car for one that insurance will be less on, and take some defensive driver training classes, that will also help cots.

I drive like a grandmother in town, the auto (ick!) shifts below 3K even though it's a Honda. Keep it at the posted limit, cause you're just going to hit that red light anyway, and there's cats and kids and things to watch out for. Saves wear and tear and gas, too. But once off city streets, lets just say I am very rarely passed, and if I am, I just fall in behind them and use them as cop bait and drive even faster. And in the back roads, the smell of burning rubber wafts through the cabin. I love to drive, and I love to drive fast, but city streets aren't the place for it.

I baby it until my engine is all warmed up. Flooring out the school parking lot 15seconds after you started your engine is very hard on your engine.

Nothing is harder on your engine than pushing it when its cold. Every now and then, id floor it, but i already had my tranny go out and I try not to do it cuz i dont want to hurt the mission.
