This is like the eternal question "Cake or Death?" except there's really no wrong answer. ;)

I draw mine clockwise, which means there's a good chance I'm Japanese. I did not know that. It's good to learn new things about yourself, don't you agree? :p

If you draw your circles anti-clockwise, which is to the left, then you are the spawn of Satan. Everyone knows that left is evil and right is good. :colbert:

Both ways I think. If I'm doing it quick, as with numbers or letters, I go anticlockwise. If I'm trying to make a nice circle, I go clockwise.

Freehand - counterclockwise. Tracing a circle or using a compass - clockwise. Geez, never thought about that before

I had to pick up a pen and draw on the desk. I came across the ambidextrous part by doing it both ways. Slow circle goes clockwise, and a quick circle anti.

Interesting, I can do it both ways and at about the same speed. If I'm not thinking about it though, I go CC. I guess when I use a tool to draw a circle, I'm already giving it more thought.

Never really gave it any thought, but clockwise. I just had to draw one in the air to figure out lol. Same with winding transformers or anything like that, typically go clockwise.

Your website suggests that starting at the bottom and going clockwise is a Japanese thing. Just going clockwise makes you weird American. Or, as I assume for me, a left handed american.

A more important question is why are some of you using the term anti-clockwise?
That alone is proof of spawn of Satan.

Anticlockwise is a real word. I just checked. You had me spooked for a second there.

Air circles are counterclockwise but paper circles are always clockwise.

I draw them counterculture. Mostly because I don't like Karma Chameleon. I mean red, gold and green? Sounds hideous. Those would clash with my ensemble.

I can draw a perfect circle in a straight line, I'll bet no one can figure that out. Comment back if you can and I will reward you.

Clockwise, starting from the bottom. Not Japanese despite the avatar and username; I'm a van Eck.

Counterclockwise.

I wrote the word hello on a piece of paper and noticed that the letter e in hello likely caused me to go counterclockwise to draw the circular part of the e after drawing the linear part from left to right. I'm right handed so if you find a murder weapon used by a lefty it wasn't me. Or maybe that's just what I want you to think...
