how do you do a death metal scream???

Well, I just want to know how all these metal bands scream without killing their throats (i know there is a way, but dont know how to do it)

so does anyone know how/would you like to tell me how?

i basically know nothing about screaming, but can sing very well lol

oh man, if I was in my dorm I'd upload a tutorial I have. Do a search for "Tony Bullard Metal Tutorial" maybe you can find it.

Basically, you heave a sigh, a exasperated sigh, not a relaxed sigh, and amplify it. You need to open your throat, not clench it like many people do. I still dont know how they do it,c ause I can't. Just gotta be talented I guess.

i'm checking out that other thing posted...as for the screaming thing, it feels like its gonna kill my voice (which it shouldnt) but i guess it's expected to hurt at first...i can't scream high though, so it's kinda funny...i'll have to experiment.
