How do you determine what stepping a Geforce3 core is?

A5 is the latest on the chip or use Power Strip, there is also the spepping in the Registry, I forgot where but someone may help you on this.
 
I found it it's in the Registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, System, Services, Display, Default, CHIPID tab
