Whenever I start to feel a bit unsettled I just remind myself that no matter how angry I am, or how pathetic I feel, at least I'm not Mayne.

I've been a member of the Scorched Earth Party for decades...

http://www.armory.com/~crisper/Scorch/index.html

Here at the Scorched Earth Party, we are dedicated to a few simple principles:

that the concept of "life is sacred" is the best joke we've heard this year.
that nothing satisfies like clubbing some moron to death with a lead pipe.
that you can never get laid enough.
that the world will continue to deteriorate until 90% of its population is eliminated.
True happiness will never be yours unless you rise up with us. Join the 10% with the lead pipes. Help save the world through random, messy violence, and then wallow in carnal pleasure among the ruins.

A long drive, alone. Works wonders assuming of course it's nice outside and you're not in gridlock traffic.

This, with music turned up, and most likely singing loudly [and bad enough to cause rain on a sunny day.]

Arbitration?

No, binding arbitration!

Personally, I let it simmer and burn, keep quiet, then have a total fucking blowout once a year -- it's been way more frequent lately.

you should consider yourself lucky you can still experience rage - i can't, and it's not a condition you want to be in. fix the "problem", not saying to kill anyone, but maybe a smack on the head or two.

I had a moment a couple hours ago, and i'm still fuming and its obviously still in my thoughts. I'm not one to rage but watch out to anyone around me when I do. I think I might rage 3 times a year. Weird part is..i'm feeling guilty and sad for the last couple hours.
I go online and kill people in FPS.

I only rage when my team is getting rolled from base to base in PvZGW2. I have been known to curse and slam my hands on the desk. I have to watch it when my kids are around because I can just see how silly it is to get that mad over a video game and I don't want them repeating it. BUT L2P people, err kids, god.

Rage shuts down access to certain functions of the prefrontal cortex. So to deal with it you can do mental exercises which require higher level brain functions which in turn require more access to the prefrontal cortex.

This dissipates the anger as a side effect, FMRI research FTW! :)
