How do you deal with stress?

What do you guys do to relieve or deal with stress? How long do you wait to do something about your stress levels? I would hate to have stress get to the point where it's starts affecting your relationships, both mentally and physically.

Drive, listen to music, video games.
Typically not all of those at the same time. Gaming + Driving = more stress.

Stress got to me a couple of weeks ago and totally affected my schooling. I became stressed to a breaking point where I eventually became a mindless drone that just sat in class and surfed the web not realizing what I was even reading. I ended up having to take a 3 day weekend of games, tv, music and driving to relieve my stress and get me back on track. Unfortunately by that point I was screwed in two of my classes and am forced to have to repeat them.
 
I meditate on the the Bible and pray. Remembering the promises of God given to all of His children enables me to overcome stress and fears. I also stretch and work out daily (30 minutes stretching, 1 -2 hours bike/weights)

I find he recumbent bike, a fleshlight, and a squeeze bottle of vodka to be a easier and less exhibitionist solution
 
You dont know what real stress is until you are driving down the highway at 80mph and playing Tetris at the same time!
 
to be honest, sex helps me calm down. other than that, i find i clean when i get ticked off or stressed out. Also, typical female, i tend to cry. 😀
 
When stress just starts to build: usually gaming, listening to music, occasionally take a walk
When stress becomes anger: slam my table
