I appreciate people who know real Japanese ramen. Ramen isn't fvcking $2 cup and noodles or even the Asian crap you can buy at the supermarket. Ramen also isn't going to the Korean place and watching them toss in Shin Ramen from the supermarket. It's the texture you get from cooking pork bones overnight for 18 hours or so and then getting that thick broth. That's why a good bowl of Japanese Ramen can cost you $10 or more. It's simply quality. No noodle, not even Pho can touch the sophisticatedness of Japanese Ramen.
