I've had a case open with ebay for over a month. Ebay claimed they were going to resolve the issue(ie give me a refund) a couple of weeks ago. Nothing has happened and my case is just sitting there.
Today I get an email from ebay saying that my case will expire in 5 days if I don't close it, or contact them for more help. The thing is I can't contact them. It says to go in my case details, and click contact customer support. But there is no such link.
Anyone know how to get ahold of them?
