How do you contact ebay customer support?

I've had a case open with ebay for over a month. Ebay claimed they were going to resolve the issue(ie give me a refund) a couple of weeks ago. Nothing has happened and my case is just sitting there.

Today I get an email from ebay saying that my case will expire in 5 days if I don't close it, or contact them for more help. The thing is I can't contact them. It says to go in my case details, and click contact customer support. But there is no such link.

Anyone know how to get ahold of them?
 
try calling them:

make sure you setup the "phone PIN" in your account settings before you call though, or you wont get far.
