How do you close Programs on WinCE?

I have some things running in the background but I cant figure out how to close them

EDIT Also, I have a casio e125 with 128 mb CF card installed... Does it start putting stuff on the CF card when the onboard ram is full or can I tell it to put my mp3 etc on the Cf card?
 
You don't really need to do you?
Things take up memory space whether they are active or not...why would you close them?

You just sort of suspend them as you move from app to app....at least that's the way it works with PalmOS.
