How do you close emails?

Informal messages between friends and family should be as simple as texting. No big deal about punctuation and greetings or signoffs.

Business email should reflect the serious and professional status of your position. It must always be to the point and never waste time with BS that tries to impress.
Stuff like punctuation ?
 
"Thanks," if it fits. otherwise I won't use a closing and just go straight from the last sentence into my signature.

"Sincerely" only gets used in a formal letter... I think the last time I used it was when writing my official letter of intent to not renew my lease to my old landlord.
