Sorry if this is a stupid question. I know how to check temps in the nvidia properties. My new eVGA 7900GTX is about 40 to 42 at idle, but how do you check it when it's under load in a game? Do you just alt+tab out and check it? Is there a better way?
That's the best solution and is what I do. Run the NV temp app, move it to the side of the desktop then fire up rthdribl or your favorite game in windowed mode to keep an eye on it.
