How do you change the color of the font of your desktop icons?

Me went right click, properties, appearance, advance, other advance, and couldn't find it! where is it?

Not quite what you're asking for, but Microangelo is pretty cool.

And of course, the SmartAds at the bottom of this thread reference some 3rd party apps as well .

I'm interested in finding out if there's a Windows setting for Icon text color too.
