How do you change acrobat (pdf) to word format, HELP!!!!!!!!

Just say I need to fill out certain form once a while...
but it was under pdf format, which I must print it out and then hand written to fill out 19 pages all over again!!!!!

Is there anyway I could save the format under any word document that I can edit and save?


The 19 pages form is really time consuming....

I believe the only way is to have the actual Adobe Acrobat program and not just the reader.

I see that acrobat access able to save the file under HTML and TXT, but all the previous arrangement is no longer there.
