how do you change a partition in windows xp pro?

I am using a Promise pci ata controller to see the full capacity, but how do I get the hdd indicator light to work.

Using a Soyo p4s dragon ultra with Win XP pro

The hard drive indicator light should be the same one connected to the motherboard usually labeled hdd.
If it dosen't light up you may have to reverse it on the jumper pins.
There are no other connections you can make.

Yes since you're using the promise card that's where the ide led connector is.

Thanks I will pull the card out, now any ideas how i can un partition my drive to see the full 150gb as one drive. I set it up in win xp before the scv pack. I thought i would ghost the smaller partition to the larger one then delete the smaller one...will thiswork?

Partition Magic might be able to do it. But you should probably back up so you don't lose everything.
