I learned to brush my tongue from Charlie Brow when I was about 7 Years old. I've been doing it ever since. I never used a tongue scraper I find the Mach 3 works best. 😛

I just use a tooth brush for teeth, gums and tongue. Also, use mouthwash very so often just to go that extra bit.

I gag without fail EVERY time I brush the back of my tounge. It's just normal and 'training' a gag reflex is next to impossible unless you want to make a career out of sucking wangs.:beer:
