Just got four Eagles tickets that I bought about a month ago. Want to be sure they're real so we don't waste our time driving up there.

Your tickets are fake.

Idk, but assuming you bought them now you really need to go and find out.

Are they from a season ticket holder? I know that the Texans are just now selling single game tickets. Up until today, you had to buy season tickets. I expect Philly has a similar sale timeline.

You'd think they would, but that's not what happened to me.

I got tickets for my birthday from an online reseller a few years ago, and drove from Cincinnati to Mass with a buddy to see the game. We got there about 30 minutes before game time and settled into our seats, only to have some crazy bitch and her limp-wristed boyfriend show up midway through the 4th quarter claiming we were in their seats.

After we refused to move, said crazy-bitch got all four of us kicked out (security was really apologetic, but she made such a scene that management got involved, and that was that). Apparently, despite the fact that the tickets were scanned as invalid (already used) at the gate, she made such a scene there she was let in anyway. Management decided to take the cheapskate route, and said that since they couldn't decide whose tickets were real, we all had to go.

The only good part was that she ended up leaving in the backseat of a cruiser (the one distinct thing I remember is her comment to the security guard, "I'll rip your balls off mfer," this from a 5 foot nothing asian chick to a guy that looked like he could have anchored a defensive line).

It took about 3 months, but we got our money back from the online ticket place.

Jesus, how many of you are there?! One day, Houstonians are going to treat the Texans like they treat the Rockets, once their newishness wears off.

BTW CPA, I'm moving out near you in a month or so - we should be closing on our house Aug 12th.
