How do you all of you pronounce ANAND(TECH)?

of course, i know how to correctly pronounce anand....(since it is my name 😛 )

but how do the rest of you think its pronounced?

i remember i saw a video of interview of anand by zdnet (or something like that) a while back on the main site....
although i can't seem to find it right now, i remember the guy in the vid saying his name wrong.
