C'mon! I play the banjo and have been known to wear straw hats, but I wouldn't get it on with any of my hot cousins. I guess I do have good teeth so that's what makes me different. The good thing about having hot cousins is that they always have hot, unrelated friends to hook up with.

In all honesty, I don't find a whole lot wrong with it. It's likely that I wouldn't do it, but I think that some things are exaggerated, like the risk of birth defects for first cousins. Some in the thread have shown that it's less risky than commonly thought. Just don't "hit it and quit it," if you're going to do it. One night stands do justice to no woman, though many on ATOT think they do somehow. She's your cousin, but you still need to treat her with respect. Only approach if you're serious about it.

the law views that even though consent might be given, the situation and psyche from which that consent derives is so vastly changed by the relationship that the consent isn't actually voluntary.

good point. i'm thinking about this argument and can't find a rational one that doesn't appeal to emotion. thusly, I would have to support inbreeding if both parties consented.
 
ehhh, my mother's cousins married each other, though she had her tubes tied, and he had a vasectomy, to ensure (as much as possible) she doesn't get pregnant...

It's a bit more common then I think most people realize, and certainly not restricted to the "lower" US states... Most simply don't broadcast it... at least, those that I've known in the past...
