how do u remove your own cookie using a cgi script(in perl)?

hi,

i was able to created my own cookie using cgi.pm module, but i can't seem to find any information on how to manually remove the cookie that's created by me using the cgi.pm module. i don't want to set expiration date/time for the cookie. any helps are appreciated. thx.
