How do u cheat in Civ3?

Ive already beaten Civ3 the hard ways now i want to play again with some fun...in Civ2 u could just select cheat from the top menu..thats not there now...how do u cheat?

I have no clue, but I doubt here woudl be the correct place to find cheats for a crappy strategy game

they all say Click On Cheat and you will cheat...there is no place to Click On Cheat

there's no cheat in Civ3.. you stupid cheater... DUH~
