How do u cheat in Civ3?

If already beaten Civ3 the hard ways now i want to play again with some fun...in Civ2 u could just select cheat from the top menu..thats not there now...how do u cheat?
 
I don't think you can cheat. And if you think you've beaten Civ3 the "Hard way" try the Deity difficulty level 😉
