How do these two PSUs compare?

I guess we are both looking at power supplies at the same time. The nice thing I noticed about the Antec Truepower II 550 is that it provides 19A on the +12V rails rather than the 18A that Enermax provides.

The thread I created is very similar, but with the Enermax Noisetaker 600W instead. The Noisetaker is almost twice as much though, so not quite the same as your thread. In my case the 19A might matter. I do not know about your requirements.
Power Supply Power Usage

Overall, I prefer Enermax to Antec as Enermax has more stable rails in my experience.

The Enermax Noisetaker EG495P-VE SFMA V2.0 (24P) is a better choise. A difference of 1 to 2A is insignificant. Noisetaker series comes with better electronics.

I own that particular Enermax power supply, and I get great voltages on the rails, as well as it powering everything. I have a 4000+, DFI motherboard, 2x 6800GTs in SLI, 4 hard drives, 2 dvd burners, audigy 2 zs. I'd say it's working very well.

Before this one I owned an Antec True power (I) 420 watts. Either one will do what you want.
