how do the 2800+ Bartons compare to the Opterons in a Dual CPU workstation?

is their any compairison as to how much better the 2x 248s or 250s would be then 2x 2800+? set up in a similar config, 2 gigs of ram same HDDs and such, for thing slike heavy photoshop work and 3d rendering

the opterons are like 600$ more expensive EACH, just curious to see if the preformance diff is that great also
