in these two leagues it seems the umps/refs call in favor in one team rather then the other way too many times
watching a lot of football today I saw many games where a penalty will get called on one team, but not nearly as often on the other team (especially holding) and normally its the home team or the "better" team that gets the advantage (double bonus if its home and a better record)...
I know a lot of people complain about this in the NBA too, but I cant understand it at all
is it that hard for refs to call a game based just on the plays and not paying attention to who is playing? So often I hear the announcers say, "thats so and so, so the refs will let him get away with it"
that is one thing the baseball seems to have right, umps usually call the game the same way for both teams no matter who is playing
