How do people live with cpanel / DirectAdmin?

This is horrible. I need to do a simple:

find . -name *.php -exec chmod 755 {} \;

And it (seems) impossible without going directory to directory in the file manager. I will never get an account w/o ssh again.
 
I use DirectAdmin with SSH so I don't have that problem.

If your host will not enable ssh access for you, install Fileman it will let to run commands like that.
