Seriously cause I tried e-mailing news sources, usually some lame response. Who do I have to call or fax to

That's what I was thinking is to climb on brooklyn bridge that way I get plenty of media attention

well that can get me fined! but climbing on the bridge no arrest but only evaluation at a hospital thats no big deal but that way guaranteed all newspapers and channels will wanna speak to me
 
If you have already contacted the media without success it may be that your issue just isn't considered as important to others as it is by you.

If that is true, why put yourself through the hassle of climbing a bridge followed by the hassle of dealing with the authorities afterward? If the issue doesn't matter now, then you'll just be some guy who climbed a bridge for an issue that doesn't matter.

You should consider finding a way to learn of others that are interested in whatever it is that is bothering you and when there are enough of you the media will want to listen. You will get better coverage if the media is truly interested in what you have to say and not just listening because your issue is associated with some action that overshadows it.

Uh... yeah, there's a UPN and a WB affiliate in NYC too... channels 9 and 11 I think... where in the world did you get all of those numbers? Please don't climb a bridge, we don't need another terror alert...

I am gonna go breath fresh air tired of faxing to media and public officials. I haven't lost a battle in awhile, not planning to loose this one. Its much harder to fight state agencies than companies
