How do make change the default "open with" application for JPEGs in Windows NT?

Whenever I click on a jpg that stupid Msoft Photo Editor opens up, and it doesn't work properly. I know how to change the app for this in 2000 and XP, but not NT (my work computer).

haven't used NT but doesn't highlighting the file with a single left click the using shift/right click give you the option to "open with"??

yeah.

find a .jpg file and SHIFT + RIGHT CLICK -> OPEN WITH. youll get a dialog and you can select the program there or browse for the program. once you select the program check the box that indicates ALWAYS and you should be good. once you open it with that program it should remember from then on.
