How do Logitech Z-5500 Speakers compare with Z-680's?

They're so new, I can't seem to find a review that compares these speakers with their predecessors. I really like the physical appearance of the Z-680's, but I know that it's hit-or-miss with the hissing problem; so I'd rather shell out the cash for the successor. Are there any newer features? Any missing?

The 5500s are supposed to be incremently better sounding, but they don't have the hiss.
