Man the interns at my firm make more than us bc they get OT. But they don't get any benefits.

When I interned at a "Big 4" firm, I made $36k in 3 months (mostly due to overtime). After the internship, they decided to offer me $56k salaried for the year.......benefits, but no overtime. 🙁

goddamnaht, I'm not allowed to work overtime... salaried AND no benifits...

better than not getting paid OT to work 60 hour/week. salary sux. i should become contract worker

I actually took home more money during my internship than I do now. Although I didn't invest in a 401k or company stock during my internship. And I also didn't get medical or dental benefits during my internship. My gross pay is about 30% higher now that I'm full-time, but take home is about 10% less than it was during my internship.
