i received my case, but my packing slip doesnt have any information on it about the case. my slips reads like this:

qty ordered: 1
item: sku
description: descr-colorsize
qty shipped: 1
vendor sku: model

there is no actual sku or description. will they accept this slip for the MIR?

EDIT: in regards to this deal for ultra case @ radio shack

I would contact Radio Shack and inform them you need a receipt that you can send in for the rebate. Maybe they can e-mail it to you.

With Buy.com, I go online, punch in the order number, hit the receipt link, print, and I'm good to go.
