Disable the win98 boot up screen? what file do i edit , win.ini or something i forget

Start>>Run>>msconfig>>Advanced and just take a check mark out of "Enable Startup Menu"

Is that what he means, or the Win98 splash screen? My box is already unchecked. I'd like to get rid of the splash screen, but forgot the registry hack.

i checked into that, its for win95 not 98
