not yet. i stayed inside around sundown.

walking to bus stop, walking to target, walking to metro, walking back to apartment. done about 2 miles today in shoes not meant for distance walking, and then another mile or 2 in a pair of running shoes that seemed marginally better for distance walking.

i have blisters on my heels...

Uncle Julio's Rio Grande Cafe is pretty good by chain standards, Tex Mex. Order the fajitas.

Anita's is a nice local chain, excellent breakfast burritos.

District Taco is delicious as well.

Don pablos is a horrible chain and should be avoided at all costs. Chilies, Chee-Chees, and On the Border are not very good either.

I really like Taqueria Poblano in the Lee Harrison shopping center. District Taco has an actual restaurant down the street in the old Pizza Hut, though, don't they?

that's where i was at. kind of near metro center.

i got the simple classic. chicken quesadilla. it was certainly better than the quesadilla made by the cafe in the office, though. just not everything a taco shop in san diego would be. and the red sauce is nowhere to be seen.

anyways, living in this apartment is getting to me. I just saw the worst thing I have EVER seen.

in the laundry room there was an abandoned thong. with skidmarks in it.
