You mean it doesn't have video in- no 6800 cards do.

Wait a minute- you GOT a 6800UE and you got "owned"? Dude many people would love that card! It is very rare, very valuable.

I have a X800XT PE that does have VIVO, but I know which I'd rather have. The UE is teh limited edition roxor. (although thanks to low yields the XT PE is as well  )

If your card supports VIVO, get nVidia WDM Driver to activate the video in function and DScaler to display.

Yeah man I posted on here a couple day back when I got the Ultra Extreme...LINKY

I pretty much bad flashed my original EVGA 6800 Ultra and I got the Ultar Extreme on a trade + cash from my buddy whos a X850 on order..:)

Anyway...I did think that the 6800's had Video in..I just assumed that it did...LOL the Ultra Extreme is a $600+ card and don't even have video in...

One good thing about my 6800 UE is that if if should go bad, EVGA will over night me another one :)

I was impressed by you not RMAing the Ultra you burned in that thread, I hope people see what an honorable man lives like and follow your example.

Anyway, I bought a Plextor ConvertX USB2 box so I wouldn't be tied to a card's VIVO abilities- frees you up.

Thanks for the kind words from a respected member here on AT :)

I think I could salvage my old Ultra using a blindflash...I just don't have a ATI PC1 card to use when doing the flashing..:(

You mean an ATI PCI card? I have a PCI Radeon 7200 that I could spare for a couple clams if it'll help resurrect that beast.
