I got this one for my laptop should be here money, i will probably do some benchmarking on it and can give you guys a better picture of it's performance.

The only one worth buying from your link is the Corsair 160GB Sandforce.

EDIT: That is unless the 80GB and 160GB Intels are actually X25-M drives. Then I would get one of those.

Really unreliable, but that's your choice...

1 x 4GB: I know I will lose 2-3% performance with a single DIMM but I thought it would have been better to get a 4 GB stick so that it will last me over my next build. It will also have a better resale value... And I plan to upgrade to 8 GB soon.

It's no big deal.

I'll be getting my PSU on Tuesday/Wednesday and Processor next weekend so I can finally build.

2-3 months is an eternity in computer years. You'll likely see a new batch come out by then. Ask when the time comes.
