How Do I Uninstall Video Drivers?

All the references tell me to go to Add/Remove programs, but on my Win 98 and Diamond Fire GL 1000 there is no reference in Add/Remove Programs to anything related to the video drivers.

So how can I uninstall the existing drivers so that I can install a new video card?
