How do I uninstall BootVis?

It's not listed in my add remove programs and I'm not sure how to get rid of it! Anyone have any ideas? Thanks,
 
Bootvis doesn't "install". The downloaded Zip file should have contained a single file, bootvis.exe. Delete that. Delete any files named bootvis or boottrace (I forget the exact names; they should have all been created in the same directory as bootvis.exe was run). You're done.
