How do I uninstall and then reinstall Internet Explorer?

I am getting too many errors and I want to do a clean install without reinstalling windows... Is this possible?

Get into control panel, add/remove programs, add/remove windows components, clear the check box for internet tools, restart, go back to control panel, add/remove programs, fill in check box (should ask for xp disk as well I believe), done
 
i have a strong feeling that youre talking about xp and ie6 ,as it isnt an option to uninstall it.

and i know I hate it when you ask a problem, and people say for a solution "product u mentioned sucks, try blahblahblah" .... but seriously, mozilla firebird is a REALLY nice browser... though, u still need IE for sites like the above linked...
 
I can view the link just fine in Moz Firebird. Even when it doesn't, using User Agent in Moz Firebird can be quite effective..
