How do I uncenter windows message boxes for dual monitor use?

I have a dual monitor setup, and the windows login screen and any other generic screen always pops up dead center so its cut in half betweent he two monitors.

Is there a way to move the default position?

well if you have a nvidia card there are options somewhere to not split windows accross the monitors

I have a ati with hydravision. It has that option as well, however it does not work with the login window and the "locked computer" window. It splits them. Not really a big deal, but it would look much better if it were fixable.
