Sideband addressing can't be turned on, although all of my hardware supports it. How do I get this fixed?

If SmartGART has turned it off then it has deemed that your system is unstable with said feature enabled.

To try to convince it otherwise, make sure you have the latest BIOS and chipset drivers for your system and try enabling it. Then reboot and see if your setting holds.
 
I have the latest BIOS and nForce drivers installed. I'll work on fixing the link.

EDIT: Link is fixed and working. SBA wasn't enabled even using the official Nvidia drivers, so it isn't the modded drivers causing the problem.
