How do I turn off Caller ID?

I want to make a call, but don't want the Caller ID to show up on the recipient's phone? What do i punch before the number?

"The Per Call Blocking code will always be *67 and must be dialed prior to placing a call whenever you want to prevent your name and phone number from being sent to the person you are calling. "
