How do I turn ATI AI on without CCC?

I downloaded CCC, and I dont like it. It takes forever to load, and forever to close, so thats why I unistalled them and put the normal Control Panel back. However, I cannot seem to locate the AI option in the normal control pannel, is there a way of enabling AI, or is that just a CCC feature?

I'm pretty sure it is on by default and you have to use something to turn it off.

You can also download the lastest Omega Drivers, they give you the option in just the normal control panel.

Nope its off by defalut because MS wont pass the drivers in their whql testing if its on by default.

I guess the latest version is 0.0.23, so you should be able to turn it on using this version.

Got 0.0.23, still no option.
