Just upload to google play music. All your music is on all your devices

only problem with google music is that you dont have "access" to the files. you can play it but pretend you want to make a ringtone or something I do not think you can.

bittorrent sync much faster than es file explorer.
basically you create a sync folder in your pc and and phone or tablet and what ever file you place or delete will be synced. kind of like dropbox on your local network.
