Hehe.. Thanks! Anyway.. The reason why I wanted to test it is that I had to cut a RG6 coax wire and I ended up crimping the two ends together with a female and male crimper (screw on type).
I'm trying to figure out if this made any difference to the connection speed. It doesn't seem like it, but I can't tell for sure.
BTW.. I have extra wire without the split that I hooked up temporarily to try and compare and it seems about the same. I guess it probably is.
