How do I tell what speed AGP port I have?

I know its at least a 2x/4x because I'm currently running a Radeon 9000 Pro a friend gave me. Basically, I need to know if I can run a 4x/8x card in my computer.

Go to your mobo manufacturer's website, read the manuals, it would specify what type of AGP port it supports.

Thanks for the help. I finally tracked down the manufacturer. It supports 4x.
