How do I find out what ATA my hard drives are running at in windows XP?

Go into Device Manager
Under IDE/ATA ATAPI controllers
Double click on Primary or Secondary Controller
Click on the tab 'Advanced Settings'

Depending on what is connected to that it'll say have something in the 'Current Transfer Mode'

For what I remember is right:
Ultra DMA Mode 6 = 133
Ultra DMA Mode 5 = 100
Ultra DMA Mode 4 = 66

I don't remember the rest of them 🙁 , hopefully someone will fill in the blanks. Plus I'll look around a bit.

Edit: More info found in the FAQ's here.
