Or to just do a screen dump of your active window (makes for a smaller screen shot) do ALT with the PRTSCN button. ;)

You are all very wrong :)

Well, not very. But there is a much better way.

ALT+PrintScreen = capture the active window only (not the entire screen). That would capture the actual benchmark window instead of the whole Sandra program. Very useful.

P.S. I know shortcuts that even Bill Gates doesn't know :)

:Q Really? I didn't think that was possible. (Are you one of those people who know how to access the little "treats" like the hidden games in the MS Office programs' help files??)

:)

Bill Gates is lucky if he even sees source nowadays! ;)

Screenshot.....take a gun, point at the monitor, and fire! Simple! Here was me thinking that everyone knew how to do it!

*edit* J/k just to cover my ass!

MasterHoss,

Those things are called "Easter Eggs", and a lot of web sites have info on how to access these - in programs ranging from games to MS Office to Netscape. In Windows 95 for example you would need to create a folder, then rename it in a certain way to see a little movie with names of all people that worked on creation of the operating system.

Search on Google.com for "easter egg, software" or something like that.

Hehe...

You can't "attach" it here. You need to post it on your own site, and post a LINK here. Make sure you save it in a format other than BMP (default format - "bitmap" - of the MS Paint program). I would read a little image tutorial online somewhere (Google.com)

Save it as a .Gif (small file, perfect format for mostly textual information like a window screenshot), or as a Jpeg (small file = poor quality; large file = very high quality, mostly used for porn.. err, for photography).
