How Do I swap Center and LFE on Asus P4S8X-X 5.1 Surround Sound

I have an Asus P4S8X-X and just purchased a set of Z-640s and think I have a problem. I think that my Center/LFE comming from my computer are swapped in relation to the Center/LFE plug on the speakers. The control pannel doesnt seem to help any. Is there a software utility out there that will swap them? Also, anything out there like an EQ but is in effect all the time (not like the one in winamp that only changes music played through winamp)

Did you try swapping the plugs?

Its a single plug and port for the Center/LFE channels.
